google readerを昔は使っていた。サービスが停止になったので、Feedyに引っ越しをした。ここでざっと見て、後で読みたいものをread laterに保存する。blogによっては全文配信されるし、一部だけ配信されるものもある。Feedy上で読むというよりも、ざっくりread laterで保存した後に、web browserで読む感じ。
実は私はいまだに、コーチングとティーチングの発動の良い境界線の引き方に悩んでいる。時間のない中で動こうとすると、確かに1 on 1をする機会を作ること自体が難しいし、その意義は最初はティーチングでないと教えられないのではないか、いやいや、そこからコーチングでないとそもそもの意味がないのではないか、と悩むことが多い。
その答えは本書にはない。しかし、この本は 1 on 1 の意義の確認のためにあるので、それは別に本書の瑕疵ではない。
